Dr. Danny Guo is a Calgary-based board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon. As Clinical Assistant Professor and Director of Dermatologic Surgery at the University of Calgary, where he trains dermatology and surgery residents, he is known for translating complex dermatology and skincare science into clear, practical education for patients, residents, media audiences, and the public.
His work spans medical dermatology, skin cancer surgery, cosmetic dermatology, resident education, media commentary, and public-facing skincare education. Across each part of his work, the goal is the same: to help people make better skin decisions through information that is clear, practical, and grounded in evidence.
